I asked if we could pay extra to upgrade to an automatic car, but she refused and left. If your English is not good, think twice before choosing this company. Picking up the car is a bit inconvenient. Other companies have counters directly at the airport, but with Alpha, you need to wait for their shuttle to pick you up. Make sure to allocate enough time when returning the car to avoid delays. However, the service is still good.

The service is quite good, the car is relatively new with just a few thousand kilometers, and is in good condition. Returning the car is also easy, just hand over the keys.

Upgraded to a larger SUV. Which we were happy about but other drivers may not have been comfortable with it. But we were experienced with that size and appreciated the upgrade
