The service attitude was excellent, and the vehicle was great too. However, there was a slight issue with the charges. Besides the contract amount, an additional $10.95 was charged to my credit card about a week after I returned home. I'm not sure what this charge is for. I specifically asked during the car return if there would be any extra fees. Please help me inquire about this with QEEQ, thank you.
I rented from this company before and was never forced to buy extra insurance. This time, the staff insisted on it, and I couldn't get the car without buying the extra insurance.
