This is a scam shop, 1. 20 minutes late for pick-up. 2. Originally rented a Honda Accord but was given a beat-up Toyota RAV4, how can you tell an extra scratch from a car full of them? 3. Extra charges specifically targeting Chinese customers. When returning the car, a lady said everything was fine. Then a man came out, inspected the car thoroughly, claimed there was a defect on the door, but the comparison with previous photos showed otherwise. He also pointed out paint damage inside the door, claiming it was our fault. This spot is never checked during inspection. This shop is clearly targeting Chinese customers.
We were supposed to pick up the car at 9 AM, but they said they only start working at 9 AM and would charge extra to come early to the airport. The rental company was very far from the airport, and we didn't get the car until 10 AM. When we arrived at the office, there was no one there, even though it was past opening time. We had to wait for them to bring out about ten cars. We rented an SUV, and after less than 300 kilometers, it indicated it was out of gas. We seriously suspect the gas tank was tampered with. They even argued that we had a driving problem? We were very dissatisfied with the rental company not informing us that it was about a half-hour drive from the airport, which wasted the tourists' time. Returning the car would be impossible for those on a tight schedule. In the end, we left the car at the gas station outside the airport.
Everything was good except for the part that the previous driver had left a lot of hair and litter in the car and Great Rentals did not bother to clean it.
Excellent rental would recommend this company to anyone. Great car, lots of space, nice vehicle to drive, great on the roads.

The car was dirty and almost fallen apart - left car didn't close completely and right one didn't lock at all. The trunk door stuck most of the time. The back wheel made terrible sounds that everyone on the street were looking at us. I have no idea how did they pass WOF. Guy on the counter had very strong Chinese accent and have to ask him many times
