Both pickup and drop-off were very convenient, located right inside the airport and easy to find.

It was the off-season and quite late, so there were only two or three people in line.

Picked up the car directly at Christchurch Airport. The counter staff were extremely friendly, and I spent 90 NZD for a full tank of fuel.

The service is quite satisfactory. There are a series of sales pitches when renting the car, but it's okay if you don't buy them. The staff is still very friendly. Returning the car is very convenient, just hand over the keys and you’re done. The RAV4 provided was very new, only had 15,000 kilometers on it, it’s a great car!

Both pickup and return are self-service, and no one inspects the car upon return. It’s very fast and convenient. The store's location is also very prominent, right next to the baggage claim area at Christchurch Airport. My only minor complaint is that the store pushes various services aggressively. I ended up renting snow chains due to their persistent selling but didn't use them at all.
