Lost cost car rental with very basic customer service. huge line for pick up (over 1 hour)

Took over 2 hours to collect the car. Very slow and priority and express customers went first. Complete shambles at the airport.

Didn’t shoe up to collect us at the airport to pick up the car. Didn’t take responsibility for their mess neither contacted us to inform us at any point. Over an hour waiting at the airport for them. We were forced to use public transport so we didn’t they to our hotel until 2am. Forced to rent a car with another provider which increased our expenditure. Won’t use them ever again

Not expecting any extra fees beside fuel but was told i had to pay a 25 euro service charge for fuelling the car on top of cost of fuel. Then the car we were given first had a engine management warning light on so we could not drive away and had to have a car change, all in the pouring rain !
