The reserved car was unavailable, and they gave me an older model Toyota Camry with over 75,000 miles and visible damage. I had to take photos to avoid potential disputes later. If I didn't take that car, I would have to wait, but they didn't say how long.

I am very grateful to this staff member for their patience. Due to language barriers, I took up a lot of their time. I am very thankful, so I chose to continue renting from this company for the second month, although I did not meet that kind person again. I want to express my gratitude here.
