Almost all the rental and return staff are Indian, it felt like I was in India. However, the service was thorough, fast, and polite, as expected from Hertz.

Efficient service, they offer additional insurance but it's optional.

The queue to pick up the car was very long. However, the service was very enthusiastic. There were no Chinese-speaking staff, but they had prepared Chinese translation documents for key communication topics (car models, insurance, etc.), which were clear enough to understand.

The service is excellent, and the procedures are very convenient.

The car offered to us was really comfortable and made our entire trip really memorable
