After arrival, we were told that there were no automatic cars available. We complained for a long time and had to wait for an hour before we got the car.

I ordered snow chains as we were going skiing but they were not provided. Counter staff just said no you didnt order them. No proof but they were very unhelpful in fulfilling the requirement for chains. I also ordered a AWD SUV or similar. Ended up with a 2WD van which was not similar.

2nd year I have used them and the car wasn't ready. Had to take it away uncleaned.

Had to wait a little while as it was busy, but the staff were very friendly. Ended up being upgraded from a twingo to a Mercedes E Class! Great service all round, even if we had ended up with a twingo!

had a problem with the snow chains / Socks, they gave me only 2 and they were all torn. I was refunded for the socks but couldn't go on mountains as to go back to office to change the socks was a 3hr drive that didn't make sense!!
