This is a scam shop, 1. 20 minutes late for pick-up. 2. Originally rented a Honda Accord but was given a beat-up Toyota RAV4, how can you tell an extra scratch from a car full of them? 3. Extra charges specifically targeting Chinese customers. When returning the car, a lady said everything was fine. Then a man came out, inspected the car thoroughly, claimed there was a defect on the door, but the comparison with previous photos showed otherwise. He also pointed out paint damage inside the door, claiming it was our fault. This spot is never checked during inspection. This shop is clearly targeting Chinese customers.

On calling your office for pick your staff on the phone, English language was very difficult to understand, not able to give clear directions for pick up at the arrivals terminal in Auckland international airport. Your van has not advertising therefore when searching for the van there are hundreds of white vans! On arriving at your pick up location your staff were going to give me a very old SVU and not the one you advertise on your web page!!! Then I got a million excuses why I couldn’t get the car I booked... reason other people had booked ..... hello I booked this car back in April!!! Then the staff finally agreed to give me an upgrade in all the process took over an hour ! Staff are polite but very inexperienced and poor English!

The drop off time was amazingly fast and easy. The pick up was very fast also, just a bit more communication would have been nice so that the person actually know whats happening next. like 'ill just get your car' or 'ill get this person here to prepare your car'' go with him'. instead of just leaving the person there like an idiot wondering whats happening.
