The Hertz location was quite unreasonable. They charged us an extra day for arriving just 10 minutes early to complete the paperwork. Fortunately, the Zuzuche platform helped us get a refund for that extra day.
Not bad, the rental process was very simple. My windshield was broken by road debris during the trip, but the return process was smooth; the insurance covered it and everything was fine. Good job.
A wide range of models and quantity available, easily meeting our needs. Numerous pickup and drop-off locations made it very convenient. Customer service was good, and waiting times for both pickup and drop-off were short due to many service counters. The contract was clear with no pressure to purchase insurance. The car itself was of good quality. Overall, a great rental experience!
