Like: Excellent comfortable car, worked perfectly for our family of five. Sat Nav was essential. Dislike: On arriving at the desk on time for our car, I was told that it wasn’t ready and they were waiting for a minivan to come in. Having prebooked the car and very tired from a trans Atlantic flight I was very surprised by this. We had to wait over 30 mins in the end.
