The shop has plenty of cars. I was late by half an hour to pick up the car, but communication with the staff was smooth. When returning the car, I was less than half an hour late. They close at 4 PM on Sundays. I filled up the gas tank, locked the car, and placed the keys in the dropbox. My credit card deposit was released by 7:30 in the evening. Overall, the process was convenient and efficient.

The counter staff at Budget could not have been more helpful. Although our pickup point was not busy we found the staff to be 100% professional and helpful. The car was ready for collection and was spotlessly clean.
