Good experience

The waiting time was a bit long, but the car pickup process was very simple. Excellent!

When we arrived at the airport pickup location at around 8 a.m., the line was very long, but there were only two service staff, so the wait time was long.

Car was very economical on fuel

Paperwork required at Budget seemed excessive. It would be good if that could be done beforehand.

Voiture très propre et spacieuse. Nous avons vraiment passé un bon séjour grâce aussi au confort du véhicule

Like: Car was in good condition and worked well for our needs.
Dislike: Car was advertised as a Toyota but ended up a Ford. Inflexibility for adding a couple of hours beyond the exact 24h period - had a later flight to catch. An extra hour would have costed 50% of a full day - that's very poor customer service in my opinion.
