Pushed insurance at pickup

The car's front bumper got a little scratched when moving over a curb. We reported it to the rental company, but the African-American lady at return said she didn't see any damage. After returning the car, we caught a shuttle to the airport. Shortly after leaving, the driver got a call asking if anyone had left keys behind, and we realized our son forgot to take our house keys off the car keys. We went back to retrieve them, and we were very grateful for their help.

Fast and convenient; returning the car took only 5 minutes. However, the staff insisted on adding tow insurance during pickup, which ended up costing an additional $9 per day.

Thrift was great we did not notice our damage on the car and Thirty worked with us. our check in guy kendal. Was really plesent and nice.

Like: Thrifty was efficient and the car was clean and good quality.
Dislike: There was no help with luggage in and out of the car.
