Renting a car was very convenient. The staff was particularly friendly. Due to a system error, my flight information was lost, causing a delay of an hour as I waited at the domestic terminal while they waited at the international terminal in Izmir airport. However, they eventually came to find us, and they were very patient.

They said there would be a customer service representative at the exit to greet us, but there wasn't. We had to call and they arrived late. The representative said we needed to pay a deposit using a card, but they did not accept cards with the UnionPay logo (my card is an international card with both UnionPay and Visa logos). After contacting the website's customer service, they said someone would come to try again. Despite two reminders from the website's customer service, no one showed up after an hour. Finally, the website's customer service advised me to rent from another store. The same card worked in Antalya in ten minutes. I feel this is ridiculous, and my money has not been refunded yet. It feels like a scam.

They took 200 TL additional and I don't know why and they do not speak English and not helpful at all it took me 2 hours to find them in the airport I'm really not happy with the experiance
