No one was there to pick us up at the airport, and we couldn't get through on the phone. Eventually, we found a small alley and luckily met a Chinese person who helped us contact the rental company. The car we got was not the model we had booked. I will never book with small Chinese-run rental companies abroad again.

The car was in poor condition, so I returned it early. They didn't follow the rules. I rented the car for 5 days but used it for only 2 days and communicated in advance about the early return. However, they didn't refund the fees based on the number of days used. The fuel policy was the same; they gave me the car with less than a half tank, claiming it was 49%. I returned it with a full tank, but the refund for the fuel was definitely less than half a tank. I was too lazy to argue with them and, seeing that they refunded part of the cost, I'll give them 2 stars.
