1. Due to a train delay, I called the rental company in advance to confirm a 10-minute delay, expecting to pick up the car by 19:10. Overall service was okay, but there was a tire burst and had to exchange the car. The roadside assistance was very slow, and a model worth thousands was taken by the staff from the car. It wasn't placed in lost and found even though it was just a few hours. Sigh.
