The service from Alamo was very average, possibly because it's cheap. They don't accept UnionPay cards and there is no Chinese service. There were many people in line and few staff. I clearly chose a large SUV, but upon arrival, I was told I could only rent a small SUV. I originally wanted to rent a Grand Cherokee. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with Zuzuche or ALAMO. Overall, the service experience was really poor!!

Self-service machine for car pick-up, multiple languages available, no hard selling!

The car provided was not the one I booked online. Not only did they fail to offer a free upgrade, but they also downgraded the car without reducing the price. I was very dissatisfied. Due to fatigue from traveling and a tight schedule, I didn't argue with them.

We reserved a mid-to-large size SUV, either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only a Jeep Compass and Ford Edge were available. They downgraded us without a price reduction and promoted many extras like upgrades, GPS, and insurance.

Good service and highly efficient.
