After arriving at the shuttle pick-up point, I tried contacting the store with my domestic phone, but for some reason the IVR system didn't work, making it impossible to reach the store. However, the store staff provided good service; both picking up and returning the car were smooth. I even took the company shuttle to the airport, which was heartwarming. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my first QEEQ overseas car rental experience.

Alpha could not find our booking to begin with. Spent a while to track it down as QEEQ did not send through my surname. Said the insurance booked through the app was less than their basic

After placing my details here, spammed with emails and two calls from telemarketing. The App kept dinging in the middle of the night to offer me to purchase something else or to remind. Having the auto correct to Timezone of booking should be better
