An Indian lady assisted us. She was very friendly and suggested some insurance options. Once I mentioned I had already bought insurance in my home country, she didn't push further. We got a fuel service package, but since we didn't use much fuel, they didn't charge us for it when we returned the car. Very considerate.
They gave me a much cheaper car than I booked... and claimed the car had snow tires to cover the price difference... However, every car actually has snow tires... No need to pay extra for them... And there's no snow tire charge on the invoice.
I had already bought full car insurance and personal insurance on the website, but they kept pushing us to buy additional coverage and wanted us to pay extra for a better car, which was quite uncomfortable.
