Staff were humorous and provided good service. The only downside was that adding an additional driver was too expensive at £15/day. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The vehicle was in excellent condition.

About Europcar: 6.0 /10
The only regret is that even though we had already purchased full insurance in our country, which included scratch coverage, the counter insisted that it wasn't valid, saying there was no coverage below £1000. This made us very uneasy and confused throughout the trip.

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.
