Terrible experience. The airport car rental point was too small with limited vehicles, and early pick-up was not allowed. Customers were made to wait without reason, and the staff at the airport location were rude. When picking up the car, the fuel gauge was not full, but customers were asked to sign off on a full tank return. The staff were dishonest; a customer left an item in the car, and the employee falsely claimed it wasn't there.
It felt like renting a tractor. All four tires were worn down to the steel wires. At 70 mph, the entire car shook. It was very dangerous! Called the rental company throughout the trip, but no one ever picked up! Couldn't reach anyone. Never renting from this company again.
Couldn't find the place to return the car at all. It's run by a group of rich kids who provide absolutely no service. They were lounging around while we returned the car.
