Smooth communication, both pickup and dropoff were quick without queues. The car was relatively new, with less than 10,000 kilometers. It's a small company, which might explain why my request for a vehicle upgrade wasn't fulfilled, possibly due to limited resources.

Apex did not provide the Mitsubishi or similar vehicle but provided a granddad people carrier!!!! Apex staff refused to honour the reservation despite several requests.

“Don’t rent from Apex.”

The car had high mileage, over 100 000 km. It broke down on a remote highway on Kangaroo Island, had to be towed, and when it couldn’t be fixed on the island, it was towed to the ferry and we were charged $ 320 for the towing to get it back to Adelaide. Extremely bad experience.
