Very convenient. I mentioned we had a lot of luggage, and they kindly upgraded us to a larger vehicle for free.

When I arrived, they told me there were no cars available and asked me to pay an additional USD 99/day to switch cars or keep waiting. I insisted on not paying, so I waited over an hour before the rental company gave me the car I initially reserved. However, the car was not cleaned at all!

No Chinese service and there was additional upselling.

In the beginning, the customer service staff kept saying that there was no available booked car and tried to ask me to upgrade. After negotiations for a while, I finally got another car in the same class as what I booked. When I picked up the car, the tire pressures were something wrong. But luckily, the on-site staff helped me to fix it.
