Despite informing the rental company that full insurance had been purchased through the platform, I was still charged an additional $200 for insurance. Throughout the whole process, I did not see any insurance terms or contract details provided by them. The credit card signature was taken as agreement to their terms, and the fee was non-refundable. Consider this a lesson learned and a tuition fee for everyone. Let's be more vigilant in the future.

The car model was temporarily switched to a Sentra. Although it has ample space, the power is insufficient. Everything else is good.

When we arrived at the store, there were no cars available in the group we had booked. Without asking, they upgraded us to a different model that was in a higher category, and the price doubled.
