The roof would not go down on the first car we were given so had to change to a different car which resulted in delays leaving the airport. This second car had not been cleaned since the previous hire and the back seats were dirty.

Counter staff member was not helpful at all I questioned him on a number of things regarding the extra insurance payment he said was essential and he wouldn't release the car with me paying for it. After offered me an upgrade and I refused, he then gave me a Mitsubishi outlander which is a much smaller vehicle than the Ford Edge. When I asked what else was available he said. Nothing.
