When I arrived, they told me there were no cars available and asked me to pay an additional USD 99/day to switch cars or keep waiting. I insisted on not paying, so I waited over an hour before the rental company gave me the car I initially reserved. However, the car was not cleaned at all!
When picking up the car, the counter staff said the key was in the car. We spent an hour searching for it but couldn’t find it. They then gave us a downgraded SUV. After negotiating for 2 hours, we finally got a car of similar grade. This was the worst car pickup experience.
