The staff at the Franklin St. counter kept insisting for half an hour that full insurance was not purchased, even though I had confirmed it. When returning the car, the staff member was very cold and robotic.
At pickup, there was constant upselling of various insurances and GPS... They didn't inform me what kind of gasoline to use, so I had to double-check myself.
The staff were very patient and processed everything quickly.
