I purchased full insurance and informed them I didn't need additional coverage, but they still added tire and glass insurance. I arrived early but couldn't pick up the car early. The pickup information was different from what Zuzuche provided. The cross-border fee was said to be 16 euros on Zuzuche, but it was actually 30 euros. The insurance compensation from Zuzuche requires you to pay upfront.
