The Refill gas service is automatically added, so pay attention to that. Also, it's really frustrating that we couldn't reach the staff at the store by phone. We ended up modifying the order through their Twitter customer service, which was quite a new experience.

After landing late at night, I had to wait in line for an hour and a half. The staff were extremely inefficient. An extra 300 dollars were charged after returning the car.
