Very nice. Although we didn’t get the exact model we booked and got a Ford Cross instead (we weren't sure about the specific model), the car was very new (almost brand new) with only a little over 3,000 kilometers on it. The vehicle was clean and had no odors. It came with a full tank of gas and a large screen supporting CarPlay (so we didn’t need the phone mount). It exceeded our expectations. Very satisfied with this car rental experience!

We scheduled the car pickup at Christchurch airport at 3 PM, but the vehicle wasn’t cleaned and ready until around 3:50 PM. We waited for nearly an hour.

We waited for the car for an hour on the day of arrival, which was quite frustrating. However, the car was upgraded for free, and we were given an additional three hours for returning it. The staff at noon were very friendly.
