Avis Agentin hat ohne Zustimmung und Information kostenpflichtige Optionen hinzugefügt obwohl klar keine Optionen gewünscht wurden! Wurde versehentlich bei Check-out übersehen und unwissentlich zugestimmt. Sehr ärgerlich.

There are too few cars to choose from, and we didn't get the car we originally booked.

Established and trustworthy company.

The rental was smooth and efficient at pick up and drop off, and the staff were helpful. My one issue is an extra charge applied of $152.90 , with a receipt that shows only an apparent fuel shortfall on return of just 0.5 gallons even though the fuel gauge showed over the full point on return. (which I confirmed on return but did not think to photograph).

Good customer service so far. I appreciated the advice email before pickup. I would like some follow up on this surcharge issue.

Last three times I have rented with AVIS the car was not cleaned / vacuumed. At first I thought they forgot to do it, but after three rentals in different cities I am beginning to think it's their policy to let cars through the system with apple cores and trash left in them for the next guy.
