The staff was very friendly and kept suggesting an upgrade. You can negotiate prices too. However, the car was too large to drive comfortably in the UK.

Lots of cars available. I booked an Audi A4 estate but got a nearly new Mercedes C estate instead!!!

The counter staff was very nice and helpful. Helped us get the car that we needed and also helped advise the necessary.

Really disappointed with Europcar. Was told on arrival that they only have a Vauxhall Mokka, rather than the Qashqai. "Offered" an upgrade to an XC90, at just £90 per day as my choice wasn't available. Then offered a mercedes at an extra 50 per day. Still wanted my choice but was told the Mokka is the same. It definitely is not

Like: Well priced for size of car, well known rental company, quite a simple process overall.
Dislike: Car booked was a Skoda Superb or similar, which is quite a large car. Car issued was a Skoda Octavia, which is the next size down.
