An American who was waiting with me also waited for an hour. In the future, I will definitely choose to pick up the car at the airport.
The service desk was always very serious, the attitude was very mediocre, and there was no Ford PMUA at all. They were just brushing us off. I will never rent from this company again. Everyone, please avoid this place. They even charged us an extra 200 euros before renting the car. It's better to rent from the airport. The attitude was really bad!
