The car and the pick up and drop off experience at APEX was perfect. Fast, friendly and no problems.

Very good website that works great. Everything very clear and logical. Will rent cars via QEEQ again. Price always beats the competition from my experience.

The experience was terrible. The receptionist was very rude and handled our order while talking on the phone, making the process very inefficient.

The car was generally well presented. I did however find some damage to the front bumper that had been sprayed over but washed off. In fairness I mentioned this and they accepted it and promised to repair it properly

The staff were very helpful. I had an issue with the car that I originally booked and they were able to change this for me immediately. The staff are very friendly and keen on helping you to the best of their ability. I will continue to book with Apex in the future.

The car had high mileage, over 100 000 km. It broke down on a remote highway on Kangaroo Island, had to be towed, and when it couldn’t be fixed on the island, it was towed to the ferry and we were charged $ 320 for the towing to get it back to Adelaide. Extremely bad experience.
