No one answered the phone when we called to be picked up from the airport and had to wait an hour, while everyone else got picked up from their shuttle right away. However, the car was better than expected. New 2019 Kia Forte, very nice car. The lady that helped us check in seemed a bit disengaged and uninterested in helping us, but the guy that helped us check out was awesome and fast. Overall, the whole process went fine and price was great, so I would probably rent from here again.
The personal that attended to us were so kindless and the give us a better car than we had hired for the same price. They advised to us to use hire the machine to pay tolls directly....it was a great idea !!!!

The platform worked very good. Everything perfect. Next time probably we´ll use again. We´ll recomend it to friends.
It took a long time to pick up and drop off the car. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes at the counter to pick up the car and 45 minutes to drop off. There were people in the office, but they all just run around not taking care of customers.
We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country.
The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire.
The brakes on the car were quite poor as well.
Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.

Staff not friendly, can’t tell the difference between white and grey colours. Staff slow to give service. No compilation for waiting for waiting a total of 2 hours for shuttle.
