Firstly, the phone was not answered, and there are several store locations which can be confusing. Additionally, there are hidden charges; be cautious as the insurance charges are applied twice and are non-refundable, which is extremely frustrating. If you don't follow their instructions, it can take at least two to three hours to get the car.
Excellent check in and drop off process. Very efficient. Finding the avis pickup location was slightly difficult as there was no one at the counter and the directions to the location were unclear. However, the rest of the process was very smooth and no upsell of insurance was attempted..
