There were too many people on the day of pick-up, and I waited for nearly 2 hours. After being served, there were no available cars, and I was told I could upgrade at a discounted rate. Why didn't I get a free upgrade?? I had to wait another half-hour to get a car. After that, everything went smoothly, and exchanging the car was convenient.
