Terrible, will never book through QEEQ again.

Avis in the US is excellent.

There was no line, but the receptionist deliberately delayed. First, she tried to persuade me to switch cars (saying that the two-wheel drive car I booked was not good and that I should get a 4WD car, but I insisted on not changing, and finally found out they gave me an AWD car); then she aggressively pushed additional insurance, falsely claiming that I didn't have third-party insurance and could not drive without it. After confirming with QEEQ, I refused; finally, she added road assistance and other additional services to the agreement without my consent, and I signed it without carefully checking. When I picked up the car, I didn't notice that the windshield had a palm-sized crack until I had driven a short distance. Luckily, I took a photo at that time, so I didn't face any trouble when returning the car. Conclusion: the store is very poor.

We rented three cars, and there were two agents at the time. One was an African American elderly lady, and the other seemed to be an elderly Indian lady with big eyes and a very wide jaw, looking somewhat like a lizard. She was extremely poor in attitude, appeared to discriminate against Chinese people, and secretly added insurance to our rental despite us explicitly stating that we did not want any additional insurance. Her service attitude was extremely poor! The other African American elderly lady was very good.

Service was okay.

They charged for a full tank of gas and it was over half full. They also charged over $200 for a “service fee” on top of what we paid you.
