Like driving a brand new car. Easy to book, good prices

The pickup location was easy to find, and the car provided was a Ford, which was great to drive. The only drawback was that the car would automatically lock with the key inside, leaving us to experience roadside assistance in an area with no signal. We were quite worried at the time, but thankfully Avis staff resolved it quickly without causing too much delay to our trip.

The car was in excellent condition and I was very satisfied.

Very poor service at pick up, car wasn’t even at the location for the agreed 12.00 pick up. No apologies given was told to go and get a coffee and come back at 12.15. The manager, Khalid, was argumentative and told me it was normal to wait an hour implying I was lucky to get it when I did.

There are many people renting cars from the same flight, so even if you have a reservation, you still have to queue. After processing, you also have to wait for the car to be ready. I suggest not planning a tight schedule.
