The queue time was around 15 minutes, with many unused counters and no staff available. Staff offered an optional upgrade for the car model but did not enforce it.
Great service! It's super convenient to pick up and return the car. Got an Audi Q5, and it performed well. The four-wheel drive is especially suitable for Banff area.

Very poor service at pick up, car wasn’t even at the location for the agreed 12.00 pick up. No apologies given was told to go and get a coffee and come back at 12.15. The manager, Khalid, was argumentative and told me it was normal to wait an hour implying I was lucky to get it when I did.
The vehicle's compatibility with mobile devices and the connectivity of the associated application were unsatisfactory. Tesla's functionalities are predominantly managed through a mobile device and Avis didn't accept to add me as a driver.
The car was picked up 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, but no reminder was given. I only found out after returning the car that I was charged for an extra day.

Liaised with Avis via WhatsApp for us. We had delays on the flight into Seattle and the Amtrak over into Canada. I was worried we would arrive too late for pick up. They communicated with Avis brilliantly. Made it to pick up at 12:05 and they shut 12:30am
The service was excellent. On site, they provided a BMW X5, and the next day, due to an accident, it got damaged. Right after the incident was resolved, they immediately replaced it with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The process was simple and easy, with no additional costs incurred.
The queue time was very short, and the service attitude seemed fine. However, I went to the counter at the originally scheduled pickup time and asked if I could pick up the car a day later and whether there would be any additional charges. The counter staff informed me that I could pick up the car the next day without any extra fees. The next day, when picking up the car, I asked again to confirm, and they assured me there would be no charges and I could proceed with the pickup as usual. However, a fee was quietly charged the day before returning the car (through the pre-authorized card, so I wasn’t aware at the time). I only noticed the unexplained charge after checking my bank statement upon returning home. After contacting Zuzuche, they explained that the fee was for late pickup. First of all, the late pickup had an impact on me but caused no loss to the car rental company. Secondly, I asked twice and was told there would be no additional charges. If there were fees, why not inform me and charge me when I picked up the car? Why was the fee quietly charged the day before the return?
