Horrible service. They force you to buy an extended insurance from them, even though we already got an AXAinsurance. Big discussion on that. It is also not possible to pay with another credit card ( my husbands) or debit card.
When you choose for that, they said that it was only possible when chosing for their insurance.

The operator at rental desk charge us for more than 100€ first without saying anything at all. Then we claim that there is no hidden cost which we should pay and then they start talking about insurance! Very tricky
The customer care service was just terrible!! We were a little bit late to pick up the car and was impossible to talk with him by telephone!
I also was charged with a airport fee which was imposed to be included in the price EasyRentCars charged me. I don't think I will repeat.

Must check car conditions as the paper is given as ‘new’ car but in reality many scratches on car...
Car was better than I had booked, so top marks there.
Fell foul of the fuel policy (fuel to empty, but only used half a tank). Drop off at Corvera airport is not good; difficult to find office and where should car be parked? Car not checked on return.
