Primera y última vez. Contratación engañosa. Para dejar una franquicia de 1.400€ es necesario tener un límite de 3.000€ en la tarjeta que no pone en ninguna parte. Total que el seguro que hice no sirvió de nada y tuvimos que pagar 123€ extras al no poder hacer la franquicia ya que "sólo" tenia un límite de 2.000€.

Car was great, however we found the waiting time at the desk was quite long. Also when we reached the car, I noticed the car was short of ad blue, so we had to wait longer again. On returning, there was a lady waiting to take the keys from us who was very friendly. All in all it was an excellent experience

“Terrible, avoid gold car at all costs, they scheme to con you out of money at the counter.”
About GOLDCAR: 5.7 /10
Goldcar tried to con me out of additional costs, adding insurances I didn't need and even to now, after the rental I'm still sure they added things to the contract I didn't need. They are thieving con men and I will never, ever use the company again and will be actively publicising their scam and for people not to use them.

Upgraded me without asking. Put my signature on the hire contract without me actually signing the contract Complete charletons. Back now 3 days and still waiting for my money to be refunded on my credit card
