However, after reaching the designated location, my repeated calls (at least 15 attempts) went unanswered. Left without assistance, I had to arrange my own transportation via Uber to their office, costing me €30. When I arrived, their staff acknowledged the issue and suggested I reach out for a refund, but I have yet to receive any resolution.
