Good experience.

Although insurance was offered, there was no pressure to buy; both pickup and return were very quick

+ve: car was in good condition and size was as expected -ve: car exterior was not washed

Initial booking was quick, easy and offered better rate than direct, but didn't see a price drop.

First I had to request a domestic as they tried to put me into a KIA Forte when I was expecting a Ford Fusion. Ended up with a Chev Impala which was fine. At return they tried to stick me with some vehicle damage that was shown to me at pick up but was marked incorrectly on the initial inspection sheet. Then tried to charge me a late return fee because they had entered in the wrong info. The only reason I went with them was because of the unlimited mileage as I was going to Montreal and back, a 2000km trip and the usual 200km per day for 7 days wasn't gonna do the job. I ate the extra charges that pushed the rental up to $490+, over $100 more than expected because I wouldn't have been able to get another vehicle elsewhere on zero notice. Will not be dealing with them again.

The budget counter at the YUL airport was the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. 100 people waiting and 1 person working, and no cars available despite reservations. It was appalling.

Car wasn't available so they offered a free upgrade. The upgrade car was dirty however so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be washed.
