Very satisfied. Originally reserved the car for pickup in the evening, but due to some delays, QEEQ customer service contacted the rental branch to postpone it until the next morning. The car model provided was even better than the one reserved.

“Comany Policy means that you are made to wait 2 hours”

Booked whilst standing in the Alamo premises que, due to an issue with another car hire company ,But the company policy meant I was made to wait 2 hours before being allowed to pick up the car. Even though it was ready to be picked up immediately.

“Friendly, cheap car rental.”

The car was an hour late arriving and they offered me a small discount in compensation but I’m not sure they applied it. Friendly customer service. The station is pretty chaotic though.
