They intentionally operate under multiple brands (Enterprise/National/Alamo/Locauto), but in reality, it's the same dishonest company!
I booked a Mercedes V-Class on the website and paid a deposit in advance. When I got to the store, they gave me a Seat. The price difference between the two cars is almost double on the rental platform. I had bought the most expensive insurance on the rental platform, but they added local insurance when picking up the car. It was a very bad rental experience.
This car rental company is excellent. The service attitude is great, and they provide new cars. Returning the car was extremely simple and hassle-free. Overall, very professional. I will use them again next time.
The sales staff at the store handed us a Spanish-language contract to sign without informing us! They secretly charged us for expensive insurance and a full tank of fuel! It's outrageous; I'll never rent from this company again. The rental platform took my deposit but merely reserved a spot for me. When I arrived at the store, the staff completely ignored my order and issued a new high-priced contract. The rental platform is now blaming a third party to avoid responsibility. I won't book through this platform again. Everyone needs to be cautious when renting a car.
