Booking a car is relatively convenient, but the actual vehicle model depends on the store. The procedure is cumbersome, taking nearly an hour, and there's strong promotion of additional insurance.
The service was excellent and the staff was patient. I opted for the basic insurance and there was no push to upgrade to full coverage. There was hardly any queue, only one person ahead of me, and the paperwork was processed quickly. A great experience.
a little bit disappointed that i booked for a small SUV but upon collection the car they didnt have the SUV type and gave us a economy car version instead. We specifically choose an SUV as we needed extra space and more comfortable car for long distance travel for our roadtrip. Although the received alternative car is in new condition, we feel very uncomfortable to travel between places cause the car abit small for our needs.
