Initially, they gave me a Q3, which I said was too small, so they switched it to a Tiguan. They recommended I purchase insurance, but I declined. The car had minor scratches, so I recorded a video of the car beforehand. During the return, they did a simple check, walked around the car, and checked the fuel gauge, then said everything was fine, which was great. In the end, there were no additional charges.

Very satisfied

The location is easy to find. We had booked a Golf, but were given an Audi A4 Avant instead. The car was in good condition and almost new. The staff was very friendly, but the notarization of the driver's license was unnecessary. They said, 'Your driver's license already has English on it!'

Big companies are really good. The paperwork is done at the airport, and the car is picked up next door. The rental and return process is simple and quick. Since we had an 11-day rental period and a lot of luggage, they offered a free upgrade to a bigger car. The car was very new, with just over 20,000 kilometers. The staff were kind and enthusiastic.

I thought we were going to get an old, 5-seat compact car. What we ended up with was a Nissan Qashqai SUV with leather seats, lots of room, and GPS navigation. Plus, the car had only 7,000km on it! So it was brand new! It was an excellent car and was great for driving in the mountains.

Very easy to book. It was the only website I found that was very transparent about the extra costs that could be added on.
