after about 40 min in line to pick up car, we were told there were no cars and we have to wait till someone returns a car, we were with a toddler so the guy took mercy and found somehow a car for us, but it was class lower that we paid for and we barely fit and had to put bags on our laps, the car was never washed there was some wire hanging from beneath

ได้รับรถที่ไม่ตรงกับรุ่นที่จองไว้ ซึ่งได้e mailไปถามไว้แล้วก่อนหน้านั้น ได้นับเมลตอบกลับมาว่ามีรุ่นรถที่จองไว้อย่างแน่นอน แต่พอวันรับรถจริงกลับไม่ได้รถที่จองไว้ รถที่จองไว้คือ Peugeot3008 รถที่ได้รับคือ Fiat500x ใช้เวลาในการติดต่อรับรถช้ามาก เจ้าหน้าที่มีน้อย ลูกค้าเยอะ แต่ละคนใช้เวลานานมาก ต้องเผื่อเวลาไปเยอะมากๆ

I arrived a minute after midnight at their office, had to wait in the queue anyway, and the was made to pay 45 Euros for "out of normal hours" pick-up of the car (i.e. past midnight). Pathetic...
